AirTouch Featured in Orange County Business Journal Article "Newport Beach Startup Gets in with Telmex"

AirTouch® Communications (ATCH) is proud to announce being featured in the Orange County Business Journal article "Newport Beach Startup Gets in with TelMex" written by Chris Casacchia on June 11, 2012. The article highlights the Company's recent distribution agreement with Telmex owned by the world's richest person, Carlos Slim. Within the agreement, AirTouch will supply Telmex with the SmartLinX U250 which allows consumers to use their Smartphone's via their landline.

The article recounts how the partnership came about, highlighting that "Telmex had been in discussions for more than a year with multiple telecom equipment makers to produce a device that allowed users to wirelessly control every smart device in a home. One company was even contracted to carry out the work, but wasn't able to develop a product that handled all those functions." AirTouch had a solution for Telmex's request and the SmartLinX product was born.
